3. Individualized Health & Fitness Assessment/Progress
Check ins – We will review your entire health history,
test your current fitness level, & measure your Body Fat &

receive an easy to follow complete nutritional plan in an
organized binder. Each plan includes: The Golden Rules of

5. Monthly Nutrition Seminar – All participants will be
eligible to attend a monthly seminar addressing common topics

What’s the Truth about FAT? Fiber is Essential to Good Health,
10 Ways to Defeat STRESS, etc. Each seminar will include props

What Kind
of results can I expect after my first 30 day Firm Fitness
Camp?
You can expect to lose 4 – 12 lbs of body fat (not just
scale weight), looser clothes, more energy, increased
strength & endurance, increased range of motion, a better
posture, firmer muscles, cardiovascular improvement, etc.
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three
days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks
depending on your level of effort. Remember: Everyone is
different.

What if I
cannot participate in certain exercises (jumping jacks,
running, push ups, etc.)?
Great question and a valid concern. This is the number
one reason we conduct a private Health & Fitness Assessment
to determine your current physical condition & challenges.
Also, during any class if you experience any discomfort for
any reason stop immediately and call the instructor to your
aid. Generally, once the exercise is demonstrated the
instructor will be monitoring each participant’s ability and
make any modifications to the exercise including changing it
completely.

What does
each Firm Fitness Camp entail?
They are different every
time. They are combination of many different types of
fitness regimens & fitness disciplines. One class may be
cardio & yoga. The next class may be resistance training &
kick boxing, core strengthening & athletic intervals, etc.
etc.

How often
do we meet?
That is entirely up to you and the program you purchase.
However, for optimal results we recommend 3 – 4 times per
week. Also, because of our Flex Time option you may
attend any of the classes listed Monday – Saturday. This way
you’ll never miss a class! The location for the FIRM Fitness

How do I register what is the process afterwards?
Simply fill out the registration form on the very top
left of this page or call us at (480) 820 – 5134. You will
be contacted by either our client relationship specialist,
one of the Fitness Instructors, or the Owner, Mark Hill. We
will set up your Health & Fitness Assessment at a time that
is convenient for you. Once your arrive for your assessment
we will ask you a series of questions, have you complete a
brief Fitness Test, process your paperwork, reserve your
preferred schedule, and remit your payment for your chosen
program. Important Note: The First Consult/Fitness
Assessment will be conducted at Lifestyles Fitness Personal
Training in Tempe.

Do we exercise Outside in
the Scorching Heat?
Remember, we’re Arizona’s only Year Round INDOOR Fitness
Boot CAMP so we are not dependent on the weather! (This is
also great for those who suffer from allergies)

of our participants with the utmost respect. We offer only
words of encouragement to enhance your performance and

How long do sessions last?
45 minutes to 1 hour based on the intensity of the workout

What do I need to bring to
camp?
All equipment is provided for you, all you need to bring are Workout clothes, a good pair of Sneakers, and a
